This policy describes how CORTEX launch orders are handled once checkout is completed.

Fulfillment timing

Orders are currently intended to ship in 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Delivery estimates

Transit times vary by region, carrier, and seasonality. Delivery estimates shown at or after checkout are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and deliverable shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to address error, support may need to coordinate re-shipment or refund options manually.
